1. How do I schedule a photo shoot?

Submit a contact request and I will reach out to you usually within the hour or feel free to call me.

2. What is the best way to prepare for the photo shoot?

Declutter the home, start with a good cleaning, remove personal items and or photographs, as this will make the photographs that much better.

3. How long will the photo shoot take?

Generally 1.5 hours for exterior/interior photographs if the home is under 2,300 sq ft.. 2 hours plus if sg ft is bigger and video is requested.

4. How much notice is required to schedule the photo shoot ?

Normally 48-72 hours, but the more notice you can give the better.

5. Do I need to be at the home at the time of the photo shoot?

No, if there is a lock box, the code can be given. If you prefer, you can be on site as well as the home owner.

6. What if the weather is bad?

You will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date. If you decide to keep the appointment, please understand exterior work may have to be rescheduled as I can not guarantee the quality of the work due to the weather and a base rate would be applied.
